Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer:

• Full Refund or Exchange: Within 7 days of purchase.

• Store Credit or Exchange: Within 30 days of purchase.

Please note: Underwear/Bras, Cosmetics, Jewlery, sale items, and Mystery Bags are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• In original condition

• Unworn and unused

• Tags attached and in original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Online Orders: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
